A: We want you to love everything you get from SACREDMADE. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days. You will just need a return authorization number before returning it to receive your refund which you can get by calling 800-764-8528. All items are required to be in their original condition and packaging and should be sent to SACREDMADE 17772 Irvine Blvd. #102A, Tustin, CA 92780. Returns should appear on your credit card within 7 business days of receipt of your return.

A: If we have the item in stock, we will ship it within 3-4 business days. Depending on where you live, the item should arrive with 7 business days once shipped. Items that are back ordered or shipping from our vendor vary depending upon availability. Expedited shipping is available for some items. Please e-mail us at support at sacredmade dot com to make your request. Items that are back ordered or shipping from a vendor directly will be quoted to you.

A: We do not offer samples at this time.

A: Depending on the item, quantity discounts may be available. It depends on whether it is a one-of-a-kind item or something available from a vendor.

A: At this time, we do not ship any items outside of the US. However, we plan to start global shipping later this year.
