In the beginning, according to Akhenaten’s Sacred Egyptian Mystery School, the “He That Is All” wanted to create something to entertain itself. So, it proceeded to project itself through the void in all three directions: forward and back, right and left, and up and down. It then created lines connecting these three directions and spun this new polygon round and round into a circle, creating the first sphere.
Every day the sphere duplicated itself until it became six interconnected spheres (the Seed of Life). And then on the sixth day, the “He That Is All” rested. The Seed of Life is a shape taken from the inner seven circles of the Flower of Life symbol. The seed forms the base element of the larger design. The seed of life, in its sacred context, represents the consciousness of God, the creator.
This explanation runs somewhat parallel to the Creation Story in the Book of Genesis. Thus, in the Western Judaeo/Christian Culture we have the idea of working for six days and resting on the seventh day, the Sabbath. The Seed of Life is also a symbol of blessing and protection passed through generations, and is a common ornament symbolizing fertility for women during pregnancy or trying to Conceive.
The Seed of Life pendant is a perfect and unique baby or bridal shower gift for a young bride or groom you know who may soon want to start a family, or may be newly pregnant!
This pendant is painted onto black tourmaline which can be used to both repel and protect against negativity from another. It has also been used as an energy deflector, being an excellent stone for those looking for help fighting off exposure to excessive amounts of EMF and radiation. It supports an increase in one's physical vitality, emotional stability, and intellectual acuity, and can maintain ones “spirits” even during times of sadness and hopelessness.
